  This is hands down the worst experience ever! Not only were my taxes messed up - they attempted to refund a portion of my fees and they even messed that up. I spoke with the "person that works with the district manager" last week and was told they would call me back... (again.. this is the 3rd time someone was going to "call me back") Anyway, still nothing. Save yourself the misery and do not go here. I never leave such poor feedback however this is beyond frustrating. I have actually done my taxes here the last 4 years and it was fine - this year was a nightmare. Good luck.

  Last year I set up an appointment for 2pm at this location. I showed up at 1:50 and checked in with the front desk. The woman looked around and then told me to have a seat and someone would be right with me. It seems my "tax expert" was running late with her appointment but no one ever told me anything. I sat there for an hour after my appointment time and no one even looked my way. Other people came in and out, some of the people were walk-ins and saw other tax experts. It would have been nice if someone would have come to me and at least told me what was going on. Or if they had given me the option to see someone else. When I finally got seated my tax expert didn't even say anything about the fact that she was running late and was pretty rude. At the end of the appointment she asked to schedule me again for next year, I said okay. A couple of days ago, I got a phone call from her and she very rudely said "hi jessica we were just wondering why you didn't come to your appointment today?" Mind you, I got no reminders of said appointment. The people at this location have NO manners. I will not be returning to HR Block.
